Q: What happens to my cards, tickets, and gift cards?
A: Any value on your game card — e-tickets, gift card balances, or otherwise — has not expired and will not be wiped clean. We’d love to see you one more time before August 9th to enjoy that balance with us here in Tampa. Nothing expires. Game cards, ticket balances, and gift
cards never expire and can be used at any other Florida GameTime location —
Daytona, Fort Myers, Kissimmee, Miami, or Ocoee — even after August 9th. The closest options to the Tampa area are the Fort Myers location to the south, and Kissimmee, along I-4 to the East.
Q: Are any other Florida locations closing?
A: No, Tampa will only be the only store closing its doors on August 9th.
Q: What is going to be in the space after GameTime Tampa leaves?
A: We do not know any future plans for the rental space once we leave. We are not involved in any future planning or projects.
Q: Do I need to do anything to transfer my balance, or does it work automatically at another location?
A: Nope! Your game card will work at any GameTime location. All of your credits, tickets, and gift card balances will remain active.
