Operational Updates at GameTime Arcade, Restaurant & Sports Bar

Dear GameTime Fans,

We have missed having you in our venues and look forward to seeing you soon!

All of our venues are now open. We have made some changes to our policies and procedures for the safety of our guests and staff. As we open each store and look at the day to day interactions, we will re-evaluate these policies. We know this update is lengthy, but please take the time to read through it so that you are prepared when you arrive.

We will re-open with Restaurant Reservations Only to help control the foot traffic into our venues and to prevent any lines by our doors and host stand. To make a reservation, please call your local venue at the number listed at the end of this email.

We know there will be plenty of guests who will want to play only and not dine in the restaurant, however, we feel to keep our staff and guests safe, we will only allow those dining with us to then move to the game floor for entertainment.

  • Any guests wanting to play games or walk the game floor, will be required to wear a face mask or face covering
  • One size fits all gloves will be made available to guests
  • Hand sanitizer will be made available to our guests and staff
  • Arcade games will be cleaned in an on-going basis throughout the shift
  • There will be specific staff assigned to ensuring our games are constantly sanitized. Feel free to ask any staff member to re-clean any game you approach
  • Not all arcade games will be available in order to help with social distancing

  • We will open with limited hours, from 12pm to 10pm, so that our staff will have time to clean and disinfect the venue prior to the next business day
  • Our indoor restaurants will not exceed 25% capacity.
  • We will open with a limited menu which will help with physical distancing in the kitchen for our staff.
  • Our menu will be available online via a mobile device. We will provide one-time use paper menus, however, we encourage guests to use their mobile device.
  • Restaurant and Patio Tables are for dining only. They cannot be used to lounge.
  • The maximum time permitted at the table will be 1 hour & 30 minutes.
  • Those venues with patios will have tables moved to ensure 6 feet of social distancing or removed.
  • Beverages and cocktails from the bar will only be offered for those dining with us. They cannot be ordered from the bartender. All beverages must be ordered through your server while you are dining.

  • Our staff will have masks, gloves and some will have additional face shields based on their position and how they must interact with guests.
  • All of our employees will have their temperatures checked before starting their shift.
  • Google or Apple pay can be used at the game card kiosks for any card purchases.
  • We appreciate all of the communications from guests inquiring on our re-opening date. However, if you or anyone in your party is ill, we are asking that you please stay home. Any guests that are not following CDC guidelines to ensure the health and safety of others will be asked to leave.

These efforts may seem frustrating to some, but they are in place to control the capacity and to ensure social distancing between our staff and our guests. We look forward to seeing you again, even if you are covered up with a mask.

We’re hoping to see a lot of colorful & creative masks!
