 Q: What is the latest time I have to book an event?

A: All bookings require at least 5 days in advance to receive special rates.

Q: Will I have a party host?

A: You will have a party server assigned to your event that will assist you throughout your party. They will serve the children their food and drinks, and they will explain the game cards, etc. Your server will be your direct point of contact the day of your event.

Q: How many servers will I get for my event?

A: The number of servers you will get will depend on the amount of confirmed guests for your party.

Q: Can I arrive before my scheduled party time?

A: Your event space is made available to you at the scheduled event time. You may arrive 15 minutes before your designated time, if you would like. Please be aware that our staff might still be setting up your event at that time.

Q: Can I increase or reduce my guest count at the time of the event?

A: Your guest count cannot be reduced at the time of your event. You have up to 3 business days before your party date to reduce your count. If more children show up than anticipated at the time of the party, you may add them to your Party Package for the additional fee per guest.

Q: Do I have to clean my event space after the party?

A: One of the best aspects of having your event at Game Time is that you don’t have to worry about set-up or clean up. Our team will take care of all of that for you. You just need to sit back and enjoy your event.
