FAQs – Timed Game Play

Q: Do the Timed Play cards collect tickets?

A: Our Timed Play cards work on a majority of our games, but they do not accumulate tickets.

Q: Can the Timed Play cards be programmed to work on prize dispensing machines and/or to collect tickets?

A: Timed Play cards cannot be programmed to collect tickets or give access to prize-dispensing machines.

Q: Can the Timed Play cards be shared?

A: The Timed Play cards cannot be shared amongst guests.

Q: Can the Timed Play cards be recharged?

A: Timed Play cards cannot be recharged, but more Timed Play can be purchased separately in the center.

Q: Why is my blue Timed Play card not working?

A: Our Timed Play cards are put on hold for 30 seconds to a minute after they are swiped on a game. They also do not work on the games with red card readers.

Q: I have less than 10 kids for my birthday party, will I still received the 10 sets of game cards that are included in my package?

A: Even if you have less than 10 kids, you will still receive the 10 sets of cards that are included in the birthday package you purchased.
